Who is corporate training for?
Sales teams, business development teams, sales managers, and any team whose growth depends on relationships and referrals.
What does the training cover?
How to identify and locate the right people, prepare before events, hold conversations that lead somewhere, and follow up consistently. It replaces random socializing with a repeatable, trackable process.
Can it be customized to our industry and audience?
Yes. I build the content around your team's Ideal Customers, Referral Partners, and the events and groups they actually attend.
What formats are available?
Half-day workshops, multi-session series, virtual and/or in-person. The course can be customized for your company and group.
How many people can attend?
Live in-person cohorts are best limited to 10 each and online cohorts limited to 6 each.
How do we measure results?
Networking should be tracked like any other marketing channel. I help your team set up activity and results tracking so managers can see what's working. I'll work with sales managers for 30 days after training to learn to coach the material and to manage the tracking process.
