Who is one-to-one coaching for?
Solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, franchisees, and salespeople who are showing up to networking events and not getting business out of them. If you're hoping instead of following a plan that is trackable, this is for you.
How is this different from a networking class or generic advice?
Everything is built around your Ideal Customer, your Ideal Referral Partners, and your event calendar. No canned scripts and no "just be yourself." You get a strategy. Then you get to practice it in real rooms with a debrief (What worked and what didn't).
What will we work on?
Coaching takes the 8-module Connections Change Everything® methodology and adapts it to your business. We cover your mindset about networking, who your Ideal Customers and Ideal Referral Partners are and where they spend their time. Know how to prepare before you walk into an event. Know what to say when you meet the right person, and how to follow up so conversations turn into business. We start wherever your biggest gap is.
I'm not an extrovert. Will this work for me?
Yes. Effective networking is strategy and preparation, not personality. Introverts often do well because they're more intentional about who they talk to.
Is there homework?
Yes. Coaching works when you take what we discuss into real events between sessions. Expect specific assignments and accountability.
How will I know it's working?
We set measurable goals up front and treat networking like any other marketing channel: track your activity, your conversations, and your results. I can't promise outcomes, because they depend on the work you put in, but you'll know exactly where you stand.
What's the format?
Sessions are generally one hour each, which include discussions and written work. Most courses last 8-10 weeks depending on schedules and holidays. For folks who aren't local to Atlanta, it can be taught online.
